Position description: The Quality & Operations Data Clerk will support Quality, Field Services & Operations Management with Data reports and Administrative Functions Critical functions: Research databases and pull reports to support the Quality, Field Services and Operations Team Assist with preparing documents and Power Point presentations Communicate and distribute documentation to RVP's and Service Centers Other administrative duties as assigned by Management Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Expertise to learn multiple database systems reporting processes Efficient data entry expertise Knowledge of company software Problem-solving skills to ensure accurate records Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft excel, Ms word and PowerPoint Good record-keeping and management skills Required Education and Background: Required: High-school degree or GED Preferred: Data entry background desired: Customer service background Work conditions: Indoors Office Environment Sitting for long periods of time
