Job DescriptionRESTORATION - ESTIMATORActively looking for a qualified individual to become a part of our leadership staff for our Maui office. Our goal is to help people by restoring their property when disasters strikes. We accomplish this by doing the right thing, when nobody is looking! Integrity is key in disaster restoration. Responsibilities:• Residential property estimating background up to $50,000• Develop and maintain client book of business• Primary company contact with property owner clients, insurance claims personnel, and consultants• Develop estimates pursuant to BELFOR Estimating Standard, including creation of accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch• Meet with municipal inspectors as required• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed
