Professional In-Home Caregivers/Host Home Providers - (Fort Collins, CO)

Sample Supports is actively seeking energetic and professional Host Home Provider/Professional In-Home Caregivers in the Fort Collins/Loveland area to work with individuals who have developmental or intellectual disabilities in the contractor's home. This position will serve clients with high behavioral needs. Candidate must be willing to work with a variety of behaviors, including, but not limited to, physical and verbal aggression, trauma-related responses, and limited independent living skills. The provider is there to help the client with most of their daily activities. Sample Supports offers 35-40 hours of programming for our client to participate during the day, including transport to and from activities. Contractors receive competitive payments to provide care to individual(s) in the provider's home. This position is responsible for 24/7 care in the provider's home either through provider or trained respite providers. All necessary training is available through Sample Supports!
