Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager FAMILY OWNED CAJUN SEAFOOD RESTAURANT, adjoins an 85-unit hotel in South Louisiana. We're open 6 days per week, and serve breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, and full a la carte food service, 3 meals per day. We do large volume of food and service, including lots of premium take-out service. We cater outside events, including weddings and parties. We have an immediate opening for an Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager...and training is available if needed. The owner is in need of an individual looking for a growth position. The owner is looking to retire, this position eventually will replace the owner. This position requires keen knowledge in: Food preparation, Quantity food purchasing and inventory control Management of 25 people, cooks and maintenance staff.
