The core focus of this position will be to serve as a subject matter resource regarding telecommunications issues, providing 3rd-level support for departmental telecommunications troubleshooting, participating in decision-making regarding the purchase of new technology and equipment, and participating in client meetings to describe telecommunications options\/alternatives and make recommendations.
