Must possess the expertise to manage, lead and implement controls and process improvements to help successfully achieve exceptional safety and production standards. Coaches, trains and documents best practices through continuous improvement efforts in order to enable the company to provide superior quality products and service to internal and external customers, while preparing for new customers and rapid sales growth. Job duties: Establish leadership and set the strategic direction for the manufacturing team.
