Credit Analyst - (Jericho, NY)

Publishers Clearing House (PCH) is looking for a Credit Analyst to join our team! This role involves reporting results of collection and recovery efforts across all lines of commerce, identifying payment trends within our consumer base, and helping to create collection strategies that will increase incoming payments and/or decrease debt. Assignments include but are not limited to: Generate various reports ranging from day to day payment results to quarterly commerce performance split by sales and payment channels Evaluate the risk profile of our high balance customer segment by calculating potential adverse impacts to the accounts receivable balance and identifying behavioral trends within the segment Organize data and report results of all collection strategy tests, determine the key success metrics and evaluate the margin impact Proactively identify areas of cost inefficiencies and offer ideas for invoice and billing testing Maintain
