This is a part time position.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESAnswers inbound calls in a specific on-site location to sell MSC products in accordance with MSC Culture and Customer Service Standards.Resolves on-site customer product and service issues by providing sales-related solutions utilizing common and alternative sources of details. Consults with other associates to locate the most effective sources of info.Provides customer service in accordance with MSC standards to ensure customer satisfaction, account retention, and revenue generation using all tools available.Communicates customer concerns to management to ensure the most effective and lasting problem resolution.Builds customer relationships via exceptional levels of service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Validates pricing with MSC associates prior to finalizing with customer.Supports outside sales representative in various branch activities.Implements and maintains an MSC VMI or CMI program in customer location to enhance revenue
