Warehouse Lead - (Tar Heel, NC)

Job Summary: + Promote and provide safe workplace environment. + Assist Supervisor / Management in coordinating with indirect operations and USDA officials to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines and regulations + Oversee assigned teammates (15 -32 employees) and communicate with Supervisor to ensure daily goals are completed in a timely manner. + Ensure assigned team is accurately receiving, shipping of product to meet company and customer specification in in a timely manner in compliance company processes and procedures. Duties/Responsibilities: indicates essential function of the job + Responsible for the operation of the designated work area assigned to them, including warehouse and dock-shipping and receiving. + Communicate and/or notify proper personnel of potential safety / sanitation concerns. + Reinforce, build and maintain moral with of teams. + Assist in training of new employees assigned to their area of operation.
