Optician/Optical Salesperson - (Franklin, TN)

Job DescriptionJOIN OUR TEAM!We are a well-established, very busy, and growing private optometry practice with a reputation for excellence in patient care, and we are currently seeking an optician/optical salesperson. We are not looking for a "pushy salesperson" – we are looking for someone who has a true passion to help patients see, look, and feel their absolute best and will enjoy making patients happy by effectively selling the best pair of glasses to meet their needs. Duties for this position include but are not limited to: accurately and thoroughly explaining vision insurance benefits to patients, assisting patients with frame styling and selection, recommending lenses and coatings to fit patient needs, frame repairs and adjustments, communicating with patients regarding their glasses orders, checking out patients and assisting with other receptionist duties as needed, etc.
