This position is based out of Monument---s Hayward office and services our clients throughout the greater Bay Area Region. Key functions: Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures while on client---s site. Acts to ensure Client---s Post Orders are being followed consistently throughout shift. Provides input to company leadership regarding challenges at their assigned work site. Works with company and client leadership to resolve challenges discovered at their work site. Ensures service expectations are being met through regular communication with clients; branch leadership and corporate leadership. Maintain a professional appearance by being well groomed and wearing the complete uniform during every shift.
