Loss Mitigation Support Associate - (Jacksonville, FL)

The Loss Mitigation Support Associate maintains and manages incoming correspondence received, completes the initial file set-up for compiling the required documentation, accurately documents missing items that are required for a complete file on the workstation within the specified turn time, sends out letters or documents to the mortgagor, uploads and documents the system when documents have been received, pulls supporting documentation at assignment, and notates all accounts with any other actions taken regarding the specified accounts. This position provides continued verbal and written follow up communication with customers for remaining items needed to complete the package for a loss mitigation review. Also responsible for auditing files, trial plan monitoring, entering and validating cases within the Investor's system, preparing modification documents and cover letters, communicating with mortgagors for payments and receipt of modification documents, settling/closing files within the Investor's system
