Job DescriptionThe mission of the Development Director is to gather the resources necessary for Hope Life Center to erase abortion from Illinois 1 woman and 1 child at a time. This will be accomplished through initiating and cultivating relationships with individuals, businesses, and churches and inviting them to participate with us in saving lives through giving, service, and prayer.OBJECTIVESGrow annual charitable giving revenue to center in Sterling, IL and reduce organization’s dependence on annual fundraising events by growing outside revenue. During the 1st 30 days, assess relationships with active and lapsed donors (individuals, businesses, churches), identify the relationships needing attention in priority order, and determine which relationships need to be cultivated in the 1st year.
