Fort Wayne Community Schoolsis seeking qualified applicants for the following position(s): Instructional Support Facilitator: Functional Skills Location: Special Education Description: Position may be filled prior to posting close date. Once a position is accepted, you are committed to that position for the 2017 - 2018 school year. There will be no job moves after you have accepted a position. Current teachers may not change/accept new positions after July 28, 2017. Plan, organize, coordinate and implement educational services, support functions, student programs and instructional resources to meet the special needs of students in an assigned disability area; assist in developing and implementing curriculum standards in assigned disability area. Assess student needs and provide assistance in identifying, developing and meeting educational goals and objectives. Coach and support building level staff to effectively meet the needs of students with disabilities.
