Direct Support Providers Female Residential Behavior Program - (Belmont, NH)

Seeking responsible, caring person with high attention to detail and good follow through to support adult females who background developmental disabilities and have exhibited challenging behaviors at times. Positive female role model preferred, who can provide consistency, close supervision and redirection as needed. Assist these women with learning appropriate social skills and boundaries, participating in recreational activities and building independence with activities such as cooking, cleaning, money management, personal care and finding or maintaining employment. Staff will be driving individuals to appointments, recreational activities and places of employment with their own vehicle. Personal care will be needed with individuals. Previous background supporting individuals with behaviors required as well as a BA or AA and applicable work background.
