Director of Operations- Utility Division','260609','!*!PRIMARY FUNCTION:Under general direction of the General Manager, Textron Utility, this position is responsible for the direction, planning, and all other activities associated with plant operations and distribution at the Chattanooga, TN and Waukegan, IL facilities. Will lead the operations team in activities to continuously maximize use of materials, equipment, systems, and people to obtain the highest level of safety, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, quality, cost, inventory, and profitability in support of the current business plan. Responsible for adherence to Corporate and Divisional policies and practices.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:This position reports to the General Manager, Textron Utility. In addition, the Director of Operations, is responsible for direct supervision of the Operations Managers, Supply Chain Manager, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
