Why UMB: Introduction: Duties and Responsibilities: The Personal Banker I is expected to learn and successfully accomplish the required skills to progress to the Personal Banker II within 6 - twelve months. The primary function is to accurately process standard branch transactions including but not limited to: check cashing, deposits, consigned items, savings bonds, loan payments, opening basic accounts and servicing accounts. Expected to process customer maintenance transactions such as: address changes, check orders, CIS maintenance, ATM processing, branch open/close procedures, foreign currency, judicial issues, deceased notification while increasing knowledge and skills to handle more time consuming and complicated customer account maintenance actions and transactions. The PB I is expected to provide the unparalleled customer background in all customer interactions to include a high standard of efficiency, accuracy, service, and consistency.
