Retail Shop Assistant Managers - (Kalama, WA)

McMenamins is now hiring for the position of Retail Shop Assistant Management team for our new hotel property slated to open on April 20th, 2018. This new property is located in Kalama, WA, on the Columbia River (30 minutes north of Portland off of Interstate 5), will feature a 40 room hotel, meeting space, roof top bar, restaurant, retail shop, brewery and small bars. Positions include Assistant Manager (AM) as well as Assistant-Assistant Managers (AAM) Candidates who are qualified will possess the following attributes and background:*Previous managerial experience in a retail environment is required*Expertise to effectively manage a high-volume, grand opening process*Outstanding leadership, people & communication abilities*Expertise to maintain a high-level of professionalism*Expertise to remain calm & positive in a multi-tasking environment*Stellar organization skills*Flexible schedule including, evenings, weekends and holidays.These are benefit eligible positions!If interested in this opportunity
