Insurance Executive Underwriter - Public Entities - (White Plains, NY)

Seeking experienced underwriter with extensive leadership background to handle public entity accounts. Perfect applicant will exhibit proficiency in underwriting public entities including fire departments, transit districts, towns or cities, schools and other public sector risks. Shall support underwriting team by growing a profitable book of business from the ground up, developing relationships with brokers, managing agency interactions, creating distribution channels, and maintaining underwriting guidelines, rates, and forms. Compensation with salary up to $225,000 with bonus, solid benefits for employee and family, including domestic partners. Life and accidental death or dismemberment insurance and short and longterm disability available.
