WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: As a Customer Service Representative, you will take orders over the phone and via email, process orders from start to finish, contact suppliers, keep track of inventory, and maintain the office. Answer customer questions / concerns regarding shipments and products Send invoices Order inventory Qualifications: six months of office background that included communication with customers or vendors Basic MSWD and Ms excel skills QuickBooks background is a plus Expertise to work well independently Good follow through Management skills Hours: 25 - 30 hours per week between 7:00am - 5:00pm.
