Assignments include: 1) Practice and promote safe work habits and follow all safety procedures 2) Design purification processes that are scale-able and suitable for transfer to CMGP manufacturing 3) Develop detailed process descriptions per current templates 4) Perform equipment set-ups, buffer preparations, methods development and testing 5) Execute laboratory bench work on purification of equipment 6) Supervise Process Development associates and execute client projects 7) Support manufacturing by providing process training and in-suite technical support 8) Oversee viral validation studies that are outsourced to 3rd party
