Plant Engineering - Chemical Plant Job - (Raleigh, NC)

Seeking Plant Engineering Manager to lead efforts for keeping a large Chemical Plant operational through routine inspection and preventative maintenance of equipment, facilities, and plant automation systems. Shall: *** Supervise and direct maintenance of plant equipment and facilities, routinely inspect facilities and equipment to identify areas of concern. *** Review maintenance logs and develop preventative maintenance schedules for process equipment including Distillation Columns, Growth Chemical Vapor Deposition Systems, Arc Furnaces, and similar. *** Identify, develop, and execute capital projects to reduce waste and cost and improve speed and quality. *** Author documentation related to equipment specifications, purchasing, installation, operation, performance, preventative maintenance, and repairs. *** Source and select replacement components including Separators, Condensers, Fractionators, Furnaces, Vaporizers, Reflux Drums, Cooling Jackets, Gate Valves, Vacuum Pumps, Gas Inlets, Decomposers, etc.
