Seeking background with steam processed high temperature food processing equipment which includes extensive use of steam systems, boilers, pressure vessels, piping, valves, pumps and controls equipment. Requires bachelors degree in Engineering and track record managing capital projects involving designing, component sourcing, hiring contractors and managing in-plant fabrication, installation and commissioning.
