Design includes site layout, grading, drainage, TESC, oil spill containment, underground conduit, vaults, support structures, bus assembly and fences. Administer land-use and construction permit applications; represent PUD at permit hearings and in meetings with public permitting agencies. Proficiency in applying codes and standards such as NESC, ASCE7, ASCE Guide for Design of Substation Structures, ACI, AISC, ANSI and WA State DOE Stormwater Management for Western WA. Prepare project scope, detailed budgets, schedules, plans and cost estimates. Prepare RFP's and review bids. Inspect contractor work and perform contract management and associated project design coordination. MIN REQUIREMENTS:
