As a Estimator/Project Manager you will be part of our team that is responsible for quoting and managing Portico's vast installation crews throughout the nation. We work with the largest retailers throughout the United States so it is imperative we offer a level of service that is 2nd to none. Responsibilities for the Estimator/Project Manager will include:Reviewing the projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate cost. Recruit new installers. Analyze, manage and mitigate risk. Coordinate and direct subcontractors. Review installer work progress on a daily basis. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper installation techniques.
