Maintenance Supervisor - Chemical Process Equipment Engineer Job - (Asheville, NC)

Looking to hire maintenance professionals with a experience in continuous process chemical manufacturing to become an empowered leader at polyurethane and acrylate manufacturing site. Shall: *** Direct site maintenance activities to include control system and production equipment monitoring, testing, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs. *** Design, specify, configure, and integrate new facility equipment and systems to meet production qualifications, such as vacuums, nitrogen systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, diaphragm pumps, automated valves, control valves, heat exchangers, HVAC systems, human machine interfaces, and Allen Bradley programmable logic controllers. *** Create and track equipment reliability metrics to assess facility operations and needs. *** Support production process troubleshooting and improvement initiatives, making recommendations to improve workflow efficiency and operating costs while limiting waste.
