Working Lead / Foreman - (Broken Arrow, OK)

Working Lead/Foreman Sod Company in the Claremore area is looking to hire a Working Lead/Supervisor. Job responsibilities: • Creating/organizing employee schedules • Ensure employees have the correct tools required for each job • Observe employees to ensure policies are kept -Initiate corrective actions • Communicate with manager Qualifications: • Must be able to supervise employees as well as do the work! • Previous supervisory/lead/foreman background required • Previous outside equipment background needed (heavy equipment like trac hoes, backhoes, skid steer type of machines) • Must be able to repetitively lift 50 pounds without help • MUST have your own transportation • Weekends and Overtime will be required from time to time • Background and drug screening required Pay starting between $14-$16/HR BOE Hours are 6am-4pm Mon-Fri Green Country Staffing offers: Medical/Vision/Dental Weekly compensation!
