Billing Account Representative (Account Manager)','180000B5','!*! Zurich is currently looking for a Billing Account Representative (Account Manager) to work out of our Overland Park, KS location. Position overview Provides single point of contact to establish and maintain ongoing 1 on one relationship with group customers. Efficient in providing continuous communication with sales team regarding book of business. Maintain all aspects of administration for their cases, including but not limited to, premium reconciliation, eligibility issues and the point of contact for any renewal or claim inquiries. Conduct pro-active outbound contact to their customers on a routine basis. Good knowledge of both life and disability related group benefits. Basic requirements: ? High-school certificate or Equivalent and three or more years of background in the Account Management area OR ? Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an Associate Degree and one or more years of background in the Account Management area
