Complete electrical construction projects by organizing and controlling project elements. Strategy & Planning • Complete Phase one Pre-construction objectives • Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management. • Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer qualifications, contract scope, and performance standards. • Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time qualifications; sequencing project elements. • Generate and deliver to field personnel appropriate scopes, plans, layouts, and other jobs pertinent details. Operations • Complete Phase two Construction objectives • Order the right material at the right time at the right price. • Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
