Director - Sales Operations - (Roseland, NJ)
Director, Worldwide Sales Operations The Director of WW Ops is responsible for the development and oversight of a comprehensive and custom sales operations support plan that drives the strategic initiatives of the business unit and helps them meet their sales target goals. The Director of WW Operations will serve as a key member of BU Sales Operations leadership team working with the DVP(s) of Sales Operations, attending sales leadership meetings (such as the DVP meetings) and working with the VP of Market in order to understand and anticipate business needs and connect them to the ability and initiatives of the centralize operations organization. Subsequently, this role will be responsible for leading a cross functional team from the Worldwide Sales Operations Enablement, Automation, Insights, Learning and Marketing teams to develop and deliver end-to-end solutions that meet the end-user's needs on time and within budget.
