We are a turnkey electrical contracting company in need of a full time estimator to generate accurate cost analysis for projects in their early stages of development via Bluebeam. Responsibilities • Review plans and specs in a digital and physical environment • Advanced knowledge of electrical estimating • Advanced knowledge of NEC requirements • Advanced knowledge of utilizing Bluebeam for counts and measurements • Knowledge of Excel for data entry and cost analysis Education • Bachelor's Degree, engineering, construction management, building science, mathematics, or related position • College courses completed Requirements • Certified Cost Consultant (CCC) • Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) • Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) • Certified Cost Technician (CCT) • Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) • Bluebeam background Skills • Intermediate technical skills (Microsoft excel, MS Outlook, Microsoft word, etc.) • Critical thinker • Effective time management • Good math s
