IT Technician - (North Canton, OH)

LSI Industries, a leader in visual image graphic solutions, is currently seeking an experienced IT Technician to fill an exciting new position due to our growth, in our North Canton manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include providing support to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing, desktop-based software and mobile devices.Responsibilities:Configures, installs, monitors, and maintains IT users' desktop software and hardware; supports mobile workforce. Provides technical support and guidance and works with vendors to resolve issues. Responsible for documenting solutions to problems and developing end-user guidelines. May provide on-site training to users. Evaluates, maintains, modifies (e.g., creates macros, templates) and documents desktop application packages, participates in the testing and evaluation of new desktop packages and implements prototypes. Assists with installing network wiring and devices. Assists in building, troubleshooting and repair of Digital Signage players.
