General Responsibilities TheManager - Franchise Operationsresponsibilities include protecting the integrity of the brand system, Franchise Agreements and the activities and programs directly related to non-technical support and services for Hertz, Dollar and Thrifty brands in the US. Assignments include maintaining a positive relationship, providing ongoing support, communications, operational assessment, business analysis, administration and ensuring compliance to system standards. Facilitating cooperation between the Franchisees and other COE’s in the company. Managing any issues RIH|\LIT and tracking of licensees and corporate fleet. Assist with design of Compliance Programs. Develop KPI monitoring & reporting systems, analytics, and analysis of franchised royalties and charges. Ensure all implementations are in compliance with the Franchise Agreement(s) and brand guidelines.
