Insurance Rental Specialist - (Oklahoma City, OK)

General Responsibilities Ensure contractual obligations for rental administration are met including proper set-up and proper utilization of authorized rental days. Cross train in all departmental functions. Handle inquires from insurance adjusters as well as operations. Act as back up for other liaisons when assistance is needed with their workloads. Administer proper documentation to effectively communicate info to Hertz personnel regarding status of rental contracts. Report any problems/issues (i.e. system issues, work flows, etc ) to ensure continuous improvement and high-level customer service is sustained. Maintain departmental production standards on a daily basis. Pass all quality audits within scope of departmental standards. Ensure all rentals are managed in accordance with contractual standards.
