Engineering Project Team Lead - (Mossville, IL)

This position is for an Engineering Project Team Leader to support the Autonomy Components group within Electronic Components division. This individual will lead an engineering team designing and developing LiDAR and other perception and positioning technologies that are critical autonomy enablers for the Cat Command products. You will manage the planning and delivery of projects, continually learn and stay abreast of autonomy technology, and deepen your professional network. The individual will work in a cross-functional team environment and have responsibility for all aspects of the NPI product development cycle; design, development, product quality and validation.
