Montessori Director - (Cypress, TX)

Our new Montessori School located in Cypress/Tomball Texas is looking for an experienced and qualified Director who will be responsible for all aspects of the program. This is a dream opportunity for a dynamic professional to create and grow a center. The Directors jobs include, but are not limited to these areas. Position duties & Responsibilities: Be accountable for the operation of the school and comply with all federal, state and local regulations. Recruit, train, supervise and retain quality staff and teachers. Authorize expenditure within budget approved by Owner. Attend and arrange for meeting with the Owner. Developing positive relationships with parents, children, and families. Welcome prospective new students and parents and conducting tours. Supervise and provide resources to staff to work efficiently with children. Planning and coordination of school events & field trips. Attend training with the staff and coordination of training for the staff.
