Training Coordinator, Community Corrections Job DescriptionThe Training Coordinator, Community Corrections is responsible for the proper implementation and compliance with American Correctional Association (ACA) training standards, company policies and procedures, and regulatory contracts and standards. Interacts with facility staff, clients, outside agencies, including regulatory agencies. Facilitates, coordinates, and provides administrative oversight to all areas of responsibility, to ensure compliance at all levels of the facility.QualificationsGraduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors degree in Corrections, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related position required. Two Years related work background preferred. Additional years of related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Good verbal and written correspondence skills required.
