Shift Production Manager - (Nashville, NC)

Shift Production Manager- (11 am-7pm. or 3-11pm.) Nashville, NC The Food Manufacturing Shift Production Manager (Night Shift) will be responsible for facility operations on assigned shift to achieve production and cost targets. The Food Manufacturing Shift Manager will also oversee compliance for safety, food safety and regulatory qualifications on assigned shift. This position will supervise plant production personnel and will report directly to the Plant Manager. Position qualifications: High-school degree required; college preferred. Min of 3 yrs Food Processing background. Min of one-year supervisory background Must be proficient with Ms office applications including Ms word, Ms excel, and Outlook. Beverage processing background is a plus. Background with food processing, supervision of multi-shift operations, and/or plant start-up is a plus. Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
