Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc ., a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is looking for a qualified individual to fill a full time Contract Administrator position in our corporate ConstructionDepartment . Job duties Locate and manage contractors associated with property management services. Follow up with contractors regarding schedules and conditions of work/services performed. Create and/or revise scopes of work. Request, compile, and present service agreement bids to management. Maintain contract and service agreement spreadsheets detailing bid status, schedule, agreement expiration date, etc. Complete projects accurately and in a timely manner. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
