Warehouse Associate Team Lead- 1st & 2nd Shift - (Spokane, WA)

As a Warehouse Associate Team Leader at Caterpillar, you will assist the Supervisor/Foreman in coordinating workflow, promoting cooperative team relationships, establishing daily priorities, etc., and you will also be performing various warehousing functions at a CLS warehouse/distribution facility. Position duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: - Promoting cooperative team relationships - Warehouse and/or order filling background - Operating computer terminals to access and update info for receiving, counting, and order processing - Reporting defects and need for repairs on mobile equipment by following safety procedures - Working from a variety of source documents to verify quantities, count parts, fill orders, package parts, etc. - Coordinating workflow - Assisting the Warehouse Associates in resolving various work related issues. Required background: - Actively promoting safe work practices and procedures - Expertise to perform a variety of record keeping and reporting functions
