Great West Casualty Company is seeking a dynamic Training and Development Specialist to be responsible for training and development analysis, design, evaluation, and delivery. You will assess the training needs within the company and apply advanced adult learning theories into a practical, application-based training strategy. Design high quality instructional materials with learning outcomes and appropriate instruction methodologies. Collaborate with departmental stakeholders and subject matter resources to design training. Deliver classroom and web-based training for employee onboarding, public speaking, and soft-skills development. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and provide consultation to trainers. We are looking for: * Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Instructional Design, Business or related position. Master's degree preferred.
