Litigated Claims Insurance Specialist The Litigation Specialist will be responsible for providing insurance adjusting services relating to pre-suit mediation, pre-suit appraisal, litigated claims, and desk adjustment of catastrophe claims. Attorneys or Adjusters performing these services will have primary file responsibility for all aspects of assigned claims and will be communicating regularly with policyholders, defense counsel, and plaintiff counsel.
