Plato's Closet is a nationwide resale store specializing in trendy apparel and accessories. We're looking for a style-conscious, service-oriented sales associate for our Mooresville, NC location. The environment is fun, lively, and fast-paced. The right applicant for this opportunity is available to work morning/early afternoon shifts and weekends, and is dynamic, quick learning, reliable, able to maintain composure in a demanding, high-volume work atmosphere, and motivated to contribute to a winning team. Primary assignments include the provision of attentive shopping support to customers; unwavering politeness in interacting with teammates, customers and in the answering of phones, and accuracy in processing purchases, making change, tagging garments and assisting with the buy process. Necessary skills for success in this role include but are not limited to: 1) Great customer service and communication expertise 2) Basic math skills
