UX Design Researcher - (Deerfield, IL)

Job overview The Design Researcher conducts user research and evaluation, enabling exceptional user experience across digital touchpoints. Responsible for the user experience of customer-facing and/or employee-facing digital touchpoints across web sites, and apps. Enables evidence-based strategy and design decisions through the execution of human factors research methods and skillful communication of the latest findings. Position assignments Works with strategists, designers, and business stakeholders to understand and support their research needs. Collects data, analyzes and summarizes and results and participates in presenting to UI design teams and product development decision makers. Participates in ongoing user experience research studies. Conducts studies and reviews others' research on human factors response to current and emerging technologies. Defines research questions, creating the research approach and plan, and selecting appropriate methods of data collection and analysis.
