Property Quality Control Manager - (Norcross, GA)

The Property Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of Company properties during all phases of construction and property lifecycle. Your goal is to provide Property Management a defect-free home ready to lease. Description of Essential Job Functions * Performs Quality Control inspections through all phases of construction to ensure the delivery of quality homes that meet workplace standards and expectations * Performs spot checks on properties for progress and final walk inspections of work performed to ensure quality, and that property is completed and certified according to workplace standards and best practices * Verifies all punch list items are completed within two to 6 days of work commencement * Identifies and mitigates recurring issues.
