Bookkeeping Clerk - (Loveland, CO)
Job Purpose: Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers. Job responsibilities: Compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions. Verify and post details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts, using calculator or computer. Compute and record fees, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, and similar items. May prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records, using computer. May reconcile bank statements. Know and comply with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties. Ensure appearance is clean and professional.
