Chief Engineer - (Myrtle Beach, SC)

Beach Colony Resort is seeking an experienced individual for the position of Chief Engineer who will be responsible for management of the interior/exterior maintenance operations of our units at the resort. This is a full-time year round position. Previous managerial requirements required, hospitality background wanted. Knowledge and skills for over-all building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, sheet rock, tile, carpet, carpentry and HVAC are necessary. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
