Engineering Technician - (Fort Defiance, AZ)

MIN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Vocational/Specialized Training in AutoCAD, Engineering, and/or Surveying 2-three years' background in drafting, staking and surveying 2-three years' background with electric, gas, water/wastewater operations. Background in engineering work in a utility related position; with an emphasis on electric line desired Proficient in Microsoft (Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Access and PowerPoint) AutoCAD Software knowledge and background Navajo speaking is required Valid Driver's License (subject to motor vehicle record review) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES: Prepares engineering line designs, drafting and feasibility cost estimates for utility lines within the boundaries of the NTUA service area and on the Navajo reservation.
