Manufacturing Supervisor - (Shelton, CT)

Person will supervise and coordinate activities of 25 person shop engaged in production of metallic parts. Must have background with machine shop procedures, machine tool setup, operating techniques, and production methods. Must have very strong supervisory and motivational skills. Oversee company policies and enforces safety regulations. Interprets specifications, blueprints and job orders to workers and assigns duties. Schedules Machine Centers. Recommends measures to improve production methods and quality of product. 5-ten years Machining and previous machine shop supervisory background.
