Business Director Internship - (Williamsburg, VA)

Our business internship is a 3 yr program (also accepting for permanent positions) designed to provide a rich development opportunity for high-caliber applicants. One-to-one mentoring provides personal leadership development. High-focus rotations provide intensive exposure to critical business elements (talent, operations, marketing, quality, training, profitability, casting vision, shaping culture and executive level servant leadership.) Leader development events and experiences complete the intern background. There are many reasons applicants enter our Business Intern program. Some may be interested in pursuing a career as a Chick-fil-A Operator / Franchisee. For others this program provides insight and background critical for future business entrepreneurs.
